What We Collect

Milo stores Discord identifiers and configuration needed to provide the features a server uses. This can include guild, channel, role, message, and user IDs; moderation records; levels and economy balances; tickets; birthdays; and appeal submissions. The dashboard also uses Discord OAuth data to identify you and verify which servers you can manage.

How We Use It

Data is used to operate Milo, enforce permissions, prevent abuse, and provide the settings and history requested by server managers. Milo does not sell personal data.

Sharing and Security

Milo sends data to Discord when carrying out bot actions and may use configured service providers to host the bot, dashboard, and database. Dashboard sessions use secure cookies where HTTPS is enabled, and server settings are limited to members with Discord's Manage Server permission.

Data Retention & Deletion

Retention depends on the feature and server configuration. Server managers can remove individual configuration and operational records through Milo's commands or dashboard where available. Contact support to request deletion of server or user data that cannot be removed directly.
